2. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

To exercise this right, please email us at ab.frenchbeauty@gmail.com before the deadline expires. Please include your order number to facilitate the processing of your request; no reason is required.

Once you have informed us of your decision, you have 14 calendar days to return the products.

Condition of returned products

If you handle a product beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functioning, you may be held liable for any resulting loss in value, in accordance with Article 108, paragraph 2, of the Spanish *Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007*.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, please send the products to the following address:

Please include your order number to help identify the package.

Return costs

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the products, unless we have agreed to cover them or if the product is defective or does not match your order.

Refund

We will refund the payments received, including the initial standard delivery costs, no later than 14 calendar days from the date we were informed of your decision to withdraw. Any additional costs resulting from a delivery method more expensive than the standard option will not be refunded.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you have provided proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order, unless you expressly agree to a different method at no extra cost.

Defective or damaged products or order errors

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at ab.frenchbeauty@gmail.com, providing your order number and attaching photos if possible. We will advise you on the next steps. Your statutory rights regarding non-conforming products remain applicable.
